    Things to Do

    Mountain Coaster

Jiminy's Mountain Coaster was one of the first Mtn Coasters in the US! Popular in Europe, the Coaster is 3600 feet of twisting, turning fun through the woods. You control your speed so you may take a leisurely ride or get your thrills at speeds up to 23 mph. Must be at least 9 years of age and 54" tall to ride alone. Must be at least 3 years old and 38" tall to ride as a passenger with an adult age 16+.

    Soaring Eagle Zip Ride

The thrill and excitement of the Soaring Eagle is doubled because it can be shared. Two guests, secured side by side, are whisked 800' up the mountain with a unique reverse lifting system and then zipped back down, where a spring braking system assures a thrilling landing, every time. No coaching or training is required. The Soaring Eagle Zip Ride is simple, safe and fun! Must be 48" to ride alone, 42"-47" must ride with a ticketed person age 16+. 450 lbs max per cart.

    Snowshoeing

Skiing and snowboarding provide plenty of thrills and excitement. But sometimes you just need a Moment of Zen. We have a network of snowshoe trails that can provide that tranquility and/or an exceptional aerobic workout with spectacular views. Tranquility can be found near the western border of our property, just off the John Hancock slope. Several interconnected trails meander through a quiet, wooded area, free of ski or snowboard traffic. Stay on the right side of the trail as you climb up John Hancock and follow the snowshoe icons.

Want a workout that no gym can offer? Snowshoe around the perimeter of the resort via John Hancock > West Way > Left Bank > Grouse Run for a 3.5 mile loop with spectacular views. You can even grab a drink and a snack at Hendrick's Summit Lodge while you soak in the views of the Jericho Valley and Mt. Greylock from the summit.

Snowshoe rentals are available at Mountain Sports by Potter Brothers for those who do not have their own equipment.
