Imagine…meeting attendees leave their spacious suite on a warm July morning and walk through a courtyard to a meeting room with a huge stone fireplace at the base of a mountain. Trivia questions guide them to their seats, and after brief opening remarks, everyone rides the chairlift to the summit where the company’s vision for the upcoming year is presented. After another ride down, people work in groups on a skit competition about the company’s products.
The afternoon involves a catered BBQ on an outdoor patio and tackling the on-site ropes course, Aerial Adventure Park
. After enjoying Jiminy’s Candy Shoppe Break, the entire group reconvenes for a strategy sessions. At night, attendees spread out; some go bowling, some go to the movies (reclining leather seats anyone?), and some go to a local “paint & sip” event.
Everyone goes to bed happy and looking forward to tomorrow, because you’ve arranged for the entire group to go to The Mountain Adventure Park for half the day followed by a Summit Lodge Cocktail Party!

• No need to leave the property for restaurants: Christiansen’s Tavern offers casual lunch and dinner and John Harvard’s restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in an upscale pub atmosphere.

Fisher I & II (1,700 sq. ft.) – A traditional ballroom in The Country Inn which can accommodate up to 125 guests combined and can be divided into two rooms if desired. An adjacent fireside lounge with mountain views can be used for cocktail receptions or breaks.
Clark (920 sq.ft.) – A cozy room in The Country Inn with a deck overlooking the mountain which can accommodate up to 80 guests and is perfect for breakout sessions.
Crane Lodge East & West (3,750 sq.ft.) – Our most popular gathering space, Crane lodge is located right at the base of the mountain and features two large rooms with huge stone fireplaces and a patio with fire pit. Each side of Crane Lodge can accommodate 175-200 guests.
Burbank (3,700 sq.ft.) – Home in the winter to our Kidsrule and Cub’s Den programs, Burbank is located in the Village Center and can accommodate up to 200 meeting participants.
Greylock (4,800 sq.ft.) – Our largest meeting room is located across from the Berkshire Express Summit Chairlift, has an outdoor patio with fire pit, and can accommodate up to 450 guests.
Thunderbolt (500 sq.ft.) – Located in the lower level of JJ’s Lodge, Thunderbolt can accommodate up to 50 guests and is perfect for breakout sessions.
Jericho (440 sq.ft.) – An intimate and warm room with valley views, Jericho is adjacent to John Harvard’s Restaurant & Brewery and fits up to 50 guests.
